Are you excited yet? Want to get a head start in the
enrollment process? Well, then help us get a head start too by telling us about
your flight experience using the convenient form below.
COURSE DURATION AND TUITION
Course duration and total cost vary upon student’s proficiency in the aircraft and with his study
habits. Heliflight of Michigan does not guarantee that a student
will receive a license. The pilot must be able to demonstrate abilities and pass an independent FAA flight test for most FAA certifications.
PAYMENT
Payment in advance for each course is due prior to receiving your initial instruction. Payment may be cash, travelers
cheque, a check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank or international money order wire transfer. Personal checks must clear our bank prior to being accepted as payment. After deposit, a personal check may take ten working days to clear. To avoid a delays with your training, payment should be either certified, cashier's or an official bank check.
REFUND
A student may cancel without penalty or obligation within five business days of signing an Enrollment Agreement. If a student/customer cancels after five days, but before starting the course, all monies paid are refunded, minus a registration fee of 15% of the Enrollment Agreement price for the course, or $150.00, whichever is less.
If a student cancels and withdraws for any reason after beginning the course,
Heliflight of Michigan will refund payments on behalf of the student to assure total customer satisfaction. The refund amount, prorated at estimated hourly rates, will be determined by deducting the number of hours of instruction actually completed from the total number of instructional hours in the course. In other words, a student who withdraws after starting training will be charged for only the instruction received at hourly rates. The balance will be refunded within seven business days of cancellation. Books, supplies, block time hour building and other non-instructional fees for services received are
non- refundable.
NOTE:
If your flight experience was obtained while enrolled in another flight school and you desire to qualify for full credit, obtain a record (transcript) of training from the school you attended. Final credit awarded will be based on a review of the pilot's log book and demonstrated flight proficiency as evaluated by the Chief Instructor when you register at the school.
